RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by Manufacturer).
- Customers must contact info@qualitypedalcars.com before returning a product in order to obtain an authorization number and ship-to address.
- A Dealer initiated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before a return can be accepted.
- Returns must be in the original packaging, having not been assembled and must be in "like new" condition suitable for resale.
- Returns will be replaced or repaired at discretion of Manufacturer. Replacement will ONLY be for the same model.
- A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped.
- An
order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a
restocking fee, the cost of the original shipment, plus the cost of the return freight. Non-defective
returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original freight charges will not be refunded.
- Any refused/non-deliverable shipments will be subject to the original
shipping costs, the shipping
costs associated with the return shipment and a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive
the returned merchandise and inspect the item(s), a product refund will be issued
within 10 business days, less the 20% restocking fee, original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Shipping charges
are never refundable. If original payment was made with a charge card, a credit
will be posted to the same card. Purchases made by check will be refunded by
check.
- Unless the product was damaged upon receipt, all returns must be shipped prepaid freight. This
means that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the
address supplied when the return was requested and for paying for said
shipping.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to qualitypedalcars.com or its associated warehouses. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing or damaged, QualtiyPedalCars.com's Return Procedure will be breached and qualitypedalcars.com may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose necessary charges against the customer for replacement of the missing or damaged component(s).
- Received orders may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless merchandise is found to be defective as noted above.
- If
conditions for the product return as stated above are met, a dealer
initiated RMA will be issued to you and this return authorization
number (RA #) must be marked on your return package. With the exception
of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will
be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a
restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or
date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in
original packaging, unused, in original condition and received at the
address directed for returns within 15 days of your original receipt of
the product. Item will be inspected prior to replacement or repair.
- On any of our costume products, no returns, exchanges, refunds unless merchandise is found to be defective. There is a $6 fee for any order cancellation.

Returns
Big Toys USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by Big Toys USA within 10 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged Items
Big Toys USA will ship out free replacement parts if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond repair, Big Toys USA will offer a return for a full refund after filing a claim and being refunded from the shipping company. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Guarantee
Big Toys USA products are guaranteed to be quality
merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Big Toys
USA will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify Big
Toys USA immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective
items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return
policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that
meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any
liability for loss or inconvenience caused buy their use or failure. All
warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by
improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to
withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been
examined and tested. *Any used product offered by Big Toys USA (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies unless otherwise noted
Product Use
Some products sold by Big Toys USA may not be approved for highway use
or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to
ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local
laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of
motorized products and holds Big Toys USA and its owners harmless of
any liability.
Prime Pedal Karts (Berg USA) [SKU Numbers Starting with "PPK"] Return Policy:
RETURNS: Within 15 days from
the invoice date, buyer may return a product in new condition provided the
following conditions are met and agreed to. Before you return anything, you
must request a return material authorization number. Any item returned without
prior authorization will be refused.
All returns must be sent
prepaid at the address directed to you at the time of the return.
Returned items should be packed well, in the original box. Be sure to insure the
package with the carrier and take pictures before the package ships.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
No returns
over 15 days from the invoice date will be accepted.
The
Manufacturer/Distributor reserve the right to deny a return on items damaged by
the customer during installation, assembly or returned shipping.
We
cannot accept returns for merchandise damaged in shipping en route to the
customer. We take special care to insure each item that is shipped is properly
packaged before it leaves our warehouse. If
you receive our products damaged, you must note the damage when signing for the
item or call the shipping company immediately upon discovering the damage. It is
important to save all packaging materials and call us within 2 business
days so we can begin the claim process. If and when we are reimbursed
for damaged goods, we will refund or replace them to you. Merchandise is sent
F.O.B. our dock, which means that once it leaves our dock, the contract for
shipping is between you and the shipping company.
Special orders,
non-stocked parts, tools, and manuals are NOT refundable.
Once we receive
the returned merchandise and inspect the items, a product refund will be issued

Any repackaging fees, damage or other parts or labor needed to make the product
saleable will also be itemized and deducted from any refund. Shipping charges

DAMAGES/RETURN POLICY:
ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE CHECKED FOR
DISCREPANCIES, AND DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL OF YOUR ORDER. IF A BOX ARRIVES
WITH OBVIOUS DAMAGE, PLEASE NOTE IT WHEN YOU SIGN FOR SHIPMENT OR
REFUSE PACKAGE IF IT SHOWS MAJOR DAMAGE. PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL
CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE
FILED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
SHOULD YOUR CUSTOMER
RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER

CALL FOR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND RMA # AS ANY RETURNS WILL NOT BE

UPS STORE OR TO PROVIDE PACKAGE (S) TO UPS DRIVER. PRIOR TO OBTAINING A
RETURN LABEL, WE MUST HAVE A DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES/REASON FOR BEING
RETURNED BACK TO AMERICAN-RETRO.

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
American-Retro warrants this item against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from receipt by the
original end-user purchaser, proof of purchase required. If
American-Retro receives notice of any above-defined during the warranty
period, American-Retro will, either, at its option, repair or replace
products which prove to be defective, with new or equivalent to new
ones.
Should American-Retro be unable to repair or replace the
product within 10 days of original purchase, the customer’s alternative
exclusive remedy will be a refund of the purchase price upon return of
the product. Please contact vendor where item was originally purchased
for credit.
All shipments must be checked for discrepancies and
damages upon arrival of your order. If a box arrives with obvious
damage, please note it when you sign for shipment or refuse package if
it shows major damage. Please keep all original cartons and packing
materials. Claims for damaged merchandise must be filed within 7 days
of receipt of your order.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
The above warranty shall not apply to defects resulting
from: misuse, unauthorized modifications, operation or storage outside
the environment specification for the vehicle; transit damage; and
improper maintenance.
Should you receive an item that is defective or
incorrect, please contact the location where you originally purchased
your item.
**In order to receive a credit or replacement all items must be in original packaging. **
American-Retro makes no other express warranty, whether
written or oral, with respect to this product. Any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness is limited to the above stated 90 day
duration of this written warranty. Some states, provinces or countries
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, or province
to province or country to country.
LIMITATION OF LIABLILTY AND REMEDIES
The remedies provided above are the customer’s sole and
exclusive remedies. In no event shall American-Retro liable for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
(including lost profit), whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or
any other legal theory.
FeeNix Warranty Info
Products under warranty by FeeNix, LLC - FeeNix products are under warranty against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase. If any part is found to be defective, ship it postage paid to the address below and a repaired or replacement part will be sent to you at no additional charge. A copy of the sales receipt showing the date of purchase must be included.
This warranty is void if the included assembly instructions are not followed, if the product is stored outdoors, used in rain or other wet conditions or if the item was purchased anywhere other than retailers who purchased this item directly from FeeNix, LLC or its authorized dealers. Product purchased from closeout dealers, flea markets, eBay, garage sales and the like are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover conditions caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or failure to follow instructions in the accompanying Owners Manual.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
